Event Bookings

If you book M32 Events Photography for your event, we insist that "No other photographer(s) will be permitted on a commercial basis" to work at the event we are booked for.  The exception to this agreement will be press photographer(s)  working soley for the local or national paper.

Copyright

M32 Events Photography own and retains the copyright in all our images. Their sale is restricted to private    use only, and they cannot be copied, reproduced, used for commercial purposes or publicly displayed without first obtaining written permission from M32 Events Photography. Also, no part of this website may be copied or reproduced in any form whatsoever without prior written permission from M32 Events Photography.

Any photography specifically involving children (e.g. school sports day) will be either posted on a password protected gallery for viewing and ordering or only available to buy at the event or only available to buy via the school or organisation. We will respect the wishes of the school or organisation. (Schools,organisers please contact us for further details)

Ordering

When ordering images or photographs, please make sure you give us the right image number, print size and quantity required, the Event name and the date the images were taken. We require your name, postal address, telephone number and payment, to help us process your order. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by customers, so please check your order before confirming.

Payment & Delivery

We require the full payment on all orders for photographs before we can proceed with your order. All orders must be in Pound Sterling. There is no VAT to pay. Please add £2.50 on all orders for Postage & Packing. Most of our orders are dispatched within 21 days, but please allow 28 days for delivery. All orders are sent by First Class Post, unless Special Delivery with insurance is requested, at £5.00.

Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of your photographs, which we cannot resale, we do not normally make refunds, other than for damage caused during delivery, where we will replace the damaged goods in full, if the damaged article is returned to us, and we will refund your postage. We will make every effort to ensure your order is dispatched on time, and is to your complete satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days, with full details of the problem. This does not effect your statutory consumer rights.

Price Lists & Services

Please note that not all products are available for every price list and we retain the right to vary the price of individual items with each job that we do, but we will notify you before work commences. All print sizes quoted are nominal, and can vary slightly due to trimming and image composition.

Special Offers & Promotions

From time to time we make special offers on some or all of our services. The value of these offers has no cash value other than for the offer, and cannot be exchanged for cash or against other products.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information we collect from you to process orders or from enquiries, administration, and analysis purposes only. We do not disclose personal information to 3^rd parties. We may notify you from time to time about new services and special offers we think will be of interest to you.

M32 Events Photography shall not be in default of any obligation under the Agreement if the failure to perform the obligation is due to any event beyond M32 Events Photography 's control, including, without limitation, significant failure of a portion of the power grid, significant failure of the Internet, natural disaster, war, riot, insurrection, epidemic, strikes or other organized labor action, theft, destruction, terrorist activity, acts of God or other events of a magnitude or type for which precautions are not generally taken in the industry.
